A shocking new investigation has upended the official narrative surrounding the January 6 pipe bomb case — and it could rewrite what Americans thought they knew about that day.
According to The Blaze, newly uncovered forensic evidence links a former Capitol Police officer, Shauni Rae Kerkhoff, to the still-unidentified suspect who planted pipe bombs near the RNC and DNC headquarters the night before the Capitol riot.
Forensic Evidence Reveals Stunning Match
A high-level forensic gait analysis — a technique that studies how a person walks — compared Kerkhoff’s movements to the pipe bomb suspect caught on surveillance video. The match? Between 94% and 98%, according to multiple intelligence officials briefed on the results.
“The software rated Shauni Kerkhoff’s gait at a 94% match to the pipe bomb suspect,” said the veteran analyst who conducted the study. “Based on my visual review, I’d personally estimate the match closer to 98%. The unique stride, the slight limp — it’s all there.”
Kerkhoff, who once served in the Capitol Police Civil Disturbance Unit, reportedly left the force in mid-2021 to take a job at the CIA’s security detail. Her college soccer injury — a broken tibia that caused a permanent limp — is the same unique feature the gait analysis flagged as a near-perfect match with the suspect.
