The unsettling incident unfolded in a facility that plays a vital role in U.S. military operations — and one day after former President Donald Trump was reportedly on-site.

Emergency Unfolds Inside a Sensitive Military Hub
Authorities at Joint Base Andrews confirmed that personnel became ill after “a suspicious package” was opened inside one of the base’s buildings. According to WUSA-TV, seven individuals were transported to Malcolm Grove Medical Center as a precaution. Thankfully, all were later released following medical evaluation.
Base officials wasted no time locking down the area. “As a precaution, the building and connecting building were evacuated, and a cordon was established around the area,” the official statement said. First responders, including Hazmat units, quickly swept through the affected zones.
