Another woman inside the locker room reportedly froze in fear during the incident, later thanking Hyman for standing her ground.
Hyman says she’s faced warnings that speaking out could cost her career, but she insists she won’t stay silent.
“I’ve been told I could lose my music career if I speak out… but I’m a woman before an artist, and I stand for what’s right,” she wrote.
The artist called the incident “wrong and extremely dangerous,” warning that current gender policies make it easy for any man to enter women’s private areas under the guise of being “trans.”
“Any man can claim to be a woman and walk into women’s spaces — putting us at risk of harassment or assault,” she said.
According to Hyman, she’s had several similar confrontations in the past — four in total — and each time, she says, she’s been met with hostility and disrespect.
“I have kindly confronted these ‘trans women’ on four different occasions, and on all I was met with anger, disrespect, and total disregard,” she explained.

A woman reportedly captured footage of the Gold’s Gym encounter, which has since circulated online. The video allegedly shows other gym members stepping in as tensions rose.
But the aftermath made things even worse for Hyman. Despite police removing the biological male from the facility, Gold’s Gym decided to terminate her membership.

“[Gold’s Gym] terminated my membership after the man was escorted out by police, then had me escorted out by officers afterwards. It was embarrassing! I left, but not before making sure everyone knew that they were allowing men in the locker room,” Hyman said.

Before leaving, Hyman delivered a passionate message to the women at the gym:
“Grown men with big d**s in the women’s locker room — and that’s why I’m getting kicked out! Everybody saw that man in the locker room. No one saying sht. I’m done with it. I’m terminated for not wanting men in the locker room.”

In a follow-up video, Hyman tearfully explained how she feels women’s rights are being erased under the banner of “inclusivity.”
“I just had the worst experience ever at the gym — at Gold’s Gym. I think this is probably happening at gyms across America, where trans women are going into the women’s locker room and not really caring about how women feel about it. It’s really hurtful, yo.”
She described the confusion, fear, and violation she felt when the man refused to leave.
“I turn around, and there’s a man there — in boy clothes, with lip gloss — standing there looking at me. I’m butt naked… I feel violated. I feel weird.”
Despite identifying as a lesbian, Hyman made it clear that her stance is not rooted in hate or “phobia,” but in simple respect for boundaries and women’s safety.
“I treat people the way I want to be treated… I just believe in treating people how I want to be treated. Why do you guys think it’s okay for men to be in the women’s restroom?”
She then raised an important question that’s resonating with women across the country:
“Why aren’t women making the laws? And if you really want to feel safe, why don’t we just make trans restrooms? Because it ain’t right.”
The controversy has sparked outrage among women’s rights advocates online, many of whom are demanding accountability from Gold’s Gym for its handling of the situation.
As Hyman summed up:
“If you’ve never been a little girl who’s been touched or been through some shit, you won’t understand that feeling.”
