Trump’s Refugee Move Sends Leftists SCREAMING

President Donald Trump has once again defied globalist expectations—this time by drastically reducing the number of refugees the United States will accept next year, while pledging to prioritize white South Africans facing racial discrimination in their homeland.

According to a notice published in the Federal Register on Thursday, the U.S. will accept no more than 7,500 refugees between October 2025 and September 2026. The guidance specifies that Afrikaner refugees and other victims of illegal or unjust discrimination will receive top priority for entry.

That marks a massive drop from the Biden administration’s open-border refugee policies, which saw around 100,000 refugees admitted annually. In fact, this new cap represents the lowest number since the 1970s, even lower than the pandemic-era refugee levels under Trump’s first term.

In a move that’s sending shockwaves through Washington’s bureaucracy, Trump’s administration has also shifted oversight of refugee resettlement programs from the State Department to the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) under the Department of Health and Human Services.
