America’s far-left activists are at it again. This weekend, they’ve decided the nation needs another round of what they’re calling “No Kings” protests — because apparently, nothing says “serious political movement” like shouting about kings in a country that hasn’t had one in over 91,000 days.
Yes, as of Saturday, the United States has made it 91,051 days without a monarch. But thanks to the ever-reliable activist class, we can rest easy knowing their caravan of luxury hybrids is making sure we hit day 91,052. CNN reports that over 2,500 of these protests are planned nationwide — the perfect excuse for a swarm of progressive retirees to grab their “resistance” signs and make some noise.
Republicans have already given these demonstrations a more honest label: “Hate America Day.” That’s because underneath the slogans and hashtags, these events aren’t about “kings” at all. They’re about venting rage toward a Republican president and the millions of Americans who support him.
And while left-wing organizers are trying to make their rallies sound noble, it’s just another attempt to dress up political hostility as some kind of freedom fight. They may not admit it, but the message isn’t subtle: they despise Donald Trump, his supporters, and the laws he’s enforcing.
