The investigation into the shocking assassination of Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk isn’t over—and FBI Director Kash Patel just confirmed it could expand.
In a new interview this week, Patel revealed that the FBI is continuing to dig into the case and looking closely at whether more individuals helped or knew about the attack that claimed Kirk’s life at Utah Valley University.
“We’re looking at everyone that was there, that was online, and we’re looking to refer these matters to the state prosecution authorities when there’s enough evidence,” Patel told the “Just the News, No Noise” TV show.
FBI Probes Possible Accomplices
Patel said the bureau is combing through every detail of the crime scene, digital activity, and communication records surrounding 22-year-old suspect Tyler Robinson—who turned himself in after the killing. Once investigators collect enough evidence, Patel said any additional suspects will be referred to state prosecutors for charges.
