The black robe is supposed to represent impartiality, justice, and loyalty to the Constitution. But two federal judges just ripped off that mask and confirmed what gun rights advocates have warned about for years. Their own words exposed a dangerous bias against the Second Amendment.
Two Judges, Two Alarming Statements
The first slip came from Judge Ana Reyes, a Biden appointee overseeing a case involving law enforcement operations in Washington, D.C. Instead of sticking to the facts, Reyes blurted out something that shocked constitutional scholars:
“I freak out around guns.”
Think about that. A federal judge, sworn to uphold the Constitution, publicly admitted she can’t even be near the very tools the Second Amendment guarantees.
