The radical Left’s war on law enforcement escalated again this week — and it ended with a Democratic candidate sprawled on the pavement.
Kat Abughazaleh, a former journalist who once worked for the far-left group Media Matters, is running in the Democratic primary for Illinois’ 9th District. But instead of campaigning on ideas, she tried to make headlines by blocking a federal vehicle outside an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facility.
The Video That Sparked Outrage
Abughazaleh proudly posted her own confrontation online. In the clip, she is seen standing in front of an ICE van outside the Broadview, Illinois immigration center. Dressed casually in jeans and a long-sleeved black shirt, she plants herself in front of the federal vehicle as protesters and reporters swarm around.
