Malcolm Gladwell, the best-selling author behind The Tipping Point and Outliers, has sold more than 25 million books. With decades of success and financial independence, you’d think he’d be untouchable.
But on The Real Science of Sport podcast, Gladwell revealed that even he buckled under woke intimidation when it came to the issue of transgender athletes in women’s sports.
“If we did a replay of that exact panel at the Sloan conference this coming March, it runs in exactly the opposite direction,” Gladwell admitted. “And it would be, I suspect, near unanimity in the room that trans athletes have no place in the female category. I don’t think there’s any question.”
