“Trust me, a lot of people did not get a pardon that were involved in the select committee, and they ought to be keeping an eye on their mailbox, because there’s a lot to be asked about,” Martin said.
That statement alone sent shockwaves across Washington.
The January 6 committee included high-profile Democrats and Trump-hating Republicans: Bennie Thompson, Liz Cheney, Adam Schiff, Jamie Raskin, and others. But Martin made it clear that his investigation won’t stop with them.
“There’s a lot to be asked about,” he repeated ominously.
When Bartiromo asked if the committee destroyed evidence, Martin didn’t hesitate.
“Of course. We’re all in that, too,” he confirmed.
That simple admission confirmed what conservatives suspected for years — the committee was hiding the truth.
Before leaving office, Joe Biden issued preemptive pardons to committee members. These pardons were narrowly tailored to cover their official committee activities, but they did nothing to protect the staffers, aides, and other operatives who carried out the committee’s dirty work.
Martin stressed that his office will investigate every single person tied to what he called their “hoaxes.”
“When this comes out, it’ll take the whole of these people’s hoaxes down,” Martin promised. “And we’re doing it bit by bit. And it’s fantastic. It’s a great privilege.”
But the pardons themselves are also under scrutiny.
Martin revealed that his team is investigating not just the pardons’ scope but also the shady process behind them.
“I can tell you we’re investigating how the pardons were granted,” Martin said. “It was not like anything in the history of America what Joe Biden – not Joe Biden, his staffers did, not just with the autopen, but with faking him out on the memos.”
That bombshell raises questions about whether Biden even knew the full extent of what his aides were signing off on — or whether those pardons are even legally valid.
Polls show that Biden’s pardons and the January 6 committee continue to divide the country. According to Pew Research, most Democrats approve of the pardons while nearly 80% of Republicans strongly oppose them. Confidence in the committee’s fairness is split right down the middle.
But those numbers reflect the truth conservatives have said all along: the January 6 committee wasn’t about facts — it was about political theater and destroying Donald Trump.
Martin made it clear that the investigation won’t end with the January 6 committee. His office is also reviewing matters tied to Adam Schiff, New York’s Letitia James, and even aspects of the Russia hoax.
“We’ve got more stuff going on, a lot of it we can’t talk about because of the nature of it, but it’s going like crazy,” Martin explained.

For years, Democrats weaponized federal agencies against conservatives — from targeting parents at school board meetings to using the IRS against right-leaning groups. But now accountability is finally catching up to them.
