“So what I think I hear you saying is there is still an opportunity for indictments, potential prosecutions, accountability from those people who may have lied under oath, like John Brennan, James Comey, and perhaps Hillary Clinton,” Bartiromo asked.
Ratcliffe responded without flinching: “Well, that’s why I’ve made the referrals that I have.”
That single line may go down as the moment the Deep State’s wall of protection finally cracked.
Ratcliffe didn’t stop there. He revealed that a trove of explosive intelligence is set to be declassified — and it could expose the full extent of the scheme to frame President Trump.
While the public already knows that bad actors like Brennan, Comey, and Clapper promoted the discredited Steele dossier, Ratcliffe hinted that the most damning material is still hidden from view.
“But what hasn’t come out yet, and what’s going to come out, is the underlying intelligence that I have spent the last few months making recommendations about final declassification and sent that to the Department of Justice that will come out in the John Durham report, Classified Annex,” he explained.
According to Ratcliffe, this evidence proves the Russia narrative wasn’t just a Clinton trick — it was actively weaponized by rogue agents within the FBI.
“What that intelligence shows, Maria, is that part of this was a Hillary Clinton plan, but part of it was an FBI plan to be an accelerant… by amplifying the lie and bearing the truth of what Hillary Clinton was up to.”
In other words, they weren’t just misled — they were complicit.
Desperate media allies of the Left have tried to claim the statute of limitations makes prosecution impossible. But Ratcliffe torched that argument with a simple timeline.
“John Brennan testified to John Durham in August of 2020. He also testified to the House Oversight Committee in 2022. Hillary Clinton testified before John Durham under oath in 2022. James Comey testified before the Senate committee in September, 2020,” he explained.
Each of those testimonies happened within the past five years — meaning legal accountability is still very much possible. And Ratcliffe warned that their sworn statements don’t line up with the classified intel.
Their testimony “is frankly, completely inconsistent with what our underlying intelligence that is about to be declassified in the Durham Annex” reveals.
That means indictments are not only possible — they’re likely.
Ratcliffe isn’t alone. Tulsi Gabbard, now serving as Director of National Intelligence, recently referred a criminal case to the DOJ against top Obama-era officials.
“The information we are releasing today clearly shows there was a treasonous conspiracy in 2016 committed by officials at the highest level of our government,” Gabbard declared.
She’s already handed over evidence, and the DOJ has confirmed receipt. With her joining forces with Ratcliffe, the walls are closing in fast.
She said Barack Obama’s team “manufactured and politicized intelligence to lay the groundwork for what was essentially a years-long coup against President Trump.”
That statement alone sent the establishment into full-blown panic mode.
Attorney General Pam Bondi isn’t wasting time. She’s already formed a specialized “strike force” to process referrals, build cases, and bring charges against those who plotted against Trump.
Ratcliffe confirmed the DOJ is no longer operating as a partisan cover-up squad. This time, it’s being led by patriots who are determined to root out corruption at the highest levels.
“Donald Trump’s election by the American people was a statement, Maria… We know what you did to Donald Trump… now we want to understand how you did it so that it can’t happen again,” Ratcliffe said.
As the pressure mounts, Obama-era officials are scrambling to get ahead of the storm. John Brennan went on MSNBC to deny any wrongdoing and dismissed Gabbard’s evidence as “patently false and unfounded.” Meanwhile, Obama’s office called the accusations “bizarre.”
But their weak denials are falling flat in the face of mounting evidence. Over 100 declassified documents — and a mountain of classified intelligence — directly contradict their stories.
The American people have had enough. After years of watching criminals in high places escape justice, it’s finally time for answers.
The question now isn’t if they’ll be prosecuted — it’s how many will end up behind bars.
