“I still think about Kamala, and how I think she would have been a good choice. I don’t care what they say, because she would have done what Lincoln did. Liz Cheney would have been Secretary of State,” Daniels said, as if this dystopian vision were a missed utopia.
He then launched into a bitter lament about Republican leadership daring to shift the judiciary over the years—specifically calling out longtime Senate leader Mitch McConnell. “But when Mitch [McConnell] started stacking the courts 25 years ago, I said it on your show once, they can see it coming,” Daniels ranted.
He didn’t stop there. In a self-congratulatory tone, Daniels painted a vision of a so-called “new America,” completely dismissing half the country’s values and traditions. “The new America that is diverse and treats everyone with equality and respect and dignity, you know, kind of like Jesus did. We’re ready for that,” he declared. This from a man who, moments earlier, gleefully hoped for the economic downfall of his fellow Americans.
Daniels then doubled down: “And Mitch and company could see it coming. They were going to be the minority, so they just started and then here we are, and now you got it, and now you’re losing money.”
Again, with remarkable arrogance, he jabbed at working-class conservatives: “My question is, what are you guys going to do about it?”
This isn’t the first time Daniels has hurled wild insults at conservatives. Back in 2019, he made headlines for outrageously comparing Trump supporters to members of the Ku Klux Klan—yet another example of the elite Hollywood bubble mocking those outside its far-left worldview.
What makes Daniels’ tirade so revealing is not just the venom, but the complete disconnect from reality. Here’s a millionaire actor openly admitting he wants hard-working Americans—people who voted differently than him—to suffer financially, all while virtue signaling about “respect” and “dignity.” The hypocrisy is staggering.
The left continues to preach “tolerance” and “inclusion,” but the second you express support for traditional values or refuse to worship at the altar of progressive ideology, Hollywood’s loudest mouths come unglued.
Jeff Daniels may have once entertained audiences by playing the fool. But based on his latest comments, it appears the act never ended.
