Josh Hammer Exposes Secret That Stuns Left!

>> Continued From the Previous Page <<

Hammer explained that the Court’s 6-3 decision empowers states like Tennessee to block irreversible medical procedures for children struggling with gender confusion. “The state of Tennessee can severely limit or outright proscribe, ban, chemical castration, genital mutilation for John who thinks he is Jane, or Jane who thinks that she is John,” Hammer stated.¹

In essence, the justices have said states can put children’s welfare above the demands of activists who insist minors should have unfettered access to puberty blockers and surgeries. For conservatives, it’s a powerful cultural and legal turning point.

Religious Parents Score Victory in Maryland

But Tennessee wasn’t the only battleground. The Supreme Court also sided with parents of faith in Maryland, delivering a sharp blow to school bureaucrats imposing radical sexual content on kids.

In Mahmoud v. Taylor, Ukrainian Orthodox, Catholic, and Muslim parents in Montgomery County fought back against a school district forcing LGBT-themed books into elementary classrooms. These parents demanded the right to shield their kids from material clashing with their religious convictions—and the Court agreed.

Justice Samuel Alito, writing for the 6-3 majority, affirmed the central role of parents in their children’s upbringing. As Hammer summarized the ruling: “Parents do indeed control the upbringing of their children. This is First Amendment free exercise right.”¹

The ruling has national implications for districts where parents have been shut out of decisions about sexual and gender content in the classroom. For many conservatives, it’s a welcome check on the ideological overreach of public education.

Texas Pushes Back Against Porn Access

A third Supreme Court decision delivered yet another blow to progressive dogma—this time in the fight to protect minors from online pornography.

In Free Speech Coalition v. Paxton, the justices upheld Texas’s law mandating age checks for adult websites. The measure, championed by Attorney General Ken Paxton, aims to keep explicit content away from minors, requiring porn sites to verify users are over 18.

Justice Clarence Thomas penned the majority opinion, backing Texas’s common-sense approach. “Yes, of course, this is constitutional,” Hammer remarked, echoing the ruling.¹

Hammer expressed deep frustration that three justices opposed even basic safeguards for children online. “The most appalling part of that case to me, Steve, is that there are three Justices who disagree with that,” he said.¹ Hammer recalled how, during America’s founding, peddling pornographic material would have resulted in being “tarred and feathered in the public square.”¹

A Tectonic Shift for Parents Nationwide

Hammer made clear that these cases, taken together, mark a seismic shift in the culture war over parental authority. “The combined effect of the Paxton case in Texas, the Mahmud case in Maryland, and then maybe the biggest culture war victory of the term” involving Tennessee’s ban on “gender-affirming care” for minors “is a tremendous parental rights revolution,” Hammer said.¹

For years, conservative parents have fought against public institutions pushing radical gender ideology, sexual content in schools, and the unchecked spread of online pornography to children. Now, the Supreme Court has issued a powerful rebuke to that agenda.

“This is the greatest time to be a parent in America, maybe in American history—or at least since the earliest years of the republic—from a First Amendment perspective,” Hammer concluded.¹

As a new father himself, Hammer knows the stakes are deeply personal. These rulings aren’t merely courtroom victories—they represent a broader defense of the right of parents to decide how their children are raised, free from government or ideological interference.

Conservatives nationwide are celebrating what many see as a generational turning point. In Hammer’s view, the Left’s campaign to undermine parental rights just hit a legal brick wall—and America’s families are breathing a long-awaited sigh of relief.
