Solomon’s offer of $80,000 to anyone who could disprove his findings has gone unclaimed. His data shows a highly improbable pattern: identical voting behaviors by Democrats and Republicans on controversial ballot measures. This “parallel partisan behavior” defies basic statistics.
One of the most egregious examples comes from Clark County, Nevada. Voters there rejected a measure to implement Ranked Choice Voting, yet the voting records show both Trump and Harris supporters marked their ballots the same way—until 75% of the mail-ins were counted.
“In an honest election, Republicans would have tended to vote against a partisan question like Ranked Choice Voting, while Democrats would have tended to vote for it,” Solomon pointed out.
But the Dominion systems processing the ballots appeared to output perfectly synchronized responses from opposite political camps—an outcome that simply doesn’t happen without outside interference.
Solomon ran the same analysis in Arapahoe County, Colorado, for a 2020 vote on Proposition B, a measure that removed long-standing property tax limits. The vote passed by 57%, and taxpayers across Colorado have been paying the price ever since.
According to Solomon’s findings, “The Arapahoe manipulation involved flipping 23,031 No votes to Yes votes — which when doubled… creates a 46,062-vote margin that helped secure Proposition B’s passage.”
Again, the Cast Vote Record revealed identical voting patterns between Republicans and Democrats—an impossibility under real-world conditions. Solomon concluded that Arapahoe played a pivotal role in manipulating the outcome.
But the story took an even darker turn on May 12, 2025. During a livestream, Solomon revisited the Arapahoe County website to demonstrate his analysis. That’s when he noticed something horrifying—the data had been altered.
The file currently posted was not the one he had previously analyzed and submitted as court evidence. After digging through internet archives, Solomon found that the original Cast Vote Record had been swapped out and replaced with a cleaner version that lacked the damning “parallel behavior.”
Metadata showed the new file had been created in February 2025—long after the 2020 election. “They were intending to frame me for a perjury charge,” Solomon wrote in a complaint to the FBI. “All of this requires a conspiracy of the Nevada and Colorado State and County Officials.”
Further analysis by election expert Draza Smith revealed that the altered Cast Vote Record wasn’t just different—it was carefully edited. Votes had been shuffled across the board, giving the appearance of a natural, unmanipulated election.
This implies that Arapahoe County officials—or someone within their system—possess software powerful enough to reorder votes and rewrite history. Where did this tool come from? Dominion? Or perhaps another element within the state’s election apparatus?
When confronted, the Arapahoe County Clerk’s Office scrambled to issue a vague and bizarre statement addressing the swapped files. But the damage was already done. Solomon had documented the entire process in real-time, providing video proof and a timeline of the changes.
He reached out to Clerk Joan Lopez directly and even contacted Professor Kuriwaki, believed to be involved in the statistical cover-up. No response.
The targeting of Tina Peters looks more suspicious by the day. She acted to preserve records—others acted to destroy and rewrite them. “I call the FBI because… they were intending to frame me for a perjury charge… to scare anyone from ever using Cast Vote Records again,” Solomon wrote.
This is exactly what was done to Peters—an intimidation campaign designed to silence whistleblowers and make an example of anyone who challenges the system.
