Biden Audio Drops — It’s BAD

>> Continued From the Previous Page <<

The irony? The Biden DOJ had no problem indicting Donald Trump on similar accusations—but Biden’s own incompetence earned him a free pass.

The special counsel’s report made it clear: Biden’s faltering memory, erratic responses, and inability to recall basic facts would make any jury sympathize with him, not convict.

Hur stated that Biden would be seen as “a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.”

That quote wasn’t theoretical—this was Hur’s rationale for declining to press charges. And now, the audio gives that decision terrifying context.

In a moment that’s become infamous, Hur also told Congress that Biden made “car noises” when trying to recall crucial details—such as the death of his son, Beau.

“OK, yeah. In 2017, Beau had passed and — this is personal — the genesis of the book and the title Promise Me, Dad, was a — I know you’re all close with your sons and daughters, but Beau was like my right arm and Hunt was my left,” the transcript reads.

Sounds reasonable enough—until you hear it on tape. Axios painted the moment in haunting detail:

“Okay, yeah …”
Tick.
“… Beau had passed and …”
Tick. Tock. Tick. Tock.
“… this is personal …”
Tick. Tock.
“… the genesis …”
Tick.
“…of the book and the title Promise Me, Dad, was a …”
Tick. Tock.
“… I know you’re all close with your sons and daughters, but Beau was ..”
Tick. Tock.
“…like my right arm and Hunt was my left.”

This is not leadership. This is elder care disguised as presidential duty.

What’s more, the Biden administration attempted to block the release of this recording entirely. In 2023, Biden himself reportedly shut down any chance of the public hearing the interview. Now, the Department of Justice is facing a May 20 deadline to explain whether it still plans to withhold the full recording, after a judge ordered them to respond to a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request filed by watchdog groups.

President Donald Trump, meanwhile, has suggested he may release the full, unedited version himself—further proving that transparency and truth now rest with the former president, not the current one.

The contrast could not be clearer.

While Biden hides behind lawyers and censors, conservatives and legal groups are demanding accountability. The DOJ’s credibility is on the line—especially after the Trump case was tossed due to the unconstitutional appointment of Special Counsel Jack Smith.

The truth is now out in the open—and it speaks volumes.

Literally.
