Appearing on Fox & Friends, Secretary Sean Duffy didn’t hold back, blasting Buttigieg’s tenure and highlighting just how much progress President Trump’s team had made by contrast.
“We’ve achieved more in 100 days than Buttigieg and Biden achieved in 4 years. Pete appears unburdened by no longer being a cabinet secretary. Not one word on transportation or infrastructure because he got nothing done. [Donald Trump] and I will continue the work of ripping out the Green New Scam and DEI for the American people!” Duffy declared.
While America’s roads, airports, and railways suffered, Buttigieg spent his time pushing radical left-wing policies, prioritizing “racial equity” over actual improvements. Instead of repairing highways or modernizing transit systems, Buttigieg obsessed over “racist roads” and forcing diversity initiatives into every decision at DOT.
Despite having control of a $1 trillion infrastructure bill passed in 2021, Buttigieg left behind a shameful legacy. His department was handed $7.5 billion specifically to build electric vehicle charging stations — yet by the time he walked out the door, only eight had been built.
The failure wasn’t due to a lack of money. It was the result of ridiculous social justice red tape, which included mandates like hosting “block parties” and conducting “visual preference surveys” before construction could even begin.
President Trump also weighed in on Buttigieg’s disastrous record, stating plainly, “He’s a disaster. He was a disaster as a mayor. He ran his city into the ground. And he’s a disaster now.”
Duffy and Trump have made it clear they’re not interested in playing games. They are committed to ripping out the far-left’s Green New Deal agenda and restoring common sense to America’s infrastructure.
Meanwhile, Buttigieg seems more focused on his rumored 2028 Presidential run, already taking potshots at Trump on social media. “100 days into this presidency, Americans are paying the price – higher prices, crashing retirement accounts, and broken promises. But the American people are turning, thanks to your voices. Keep it up. It’s up to us to demand something better,” Buttigieg posted on X.
Duffy’s response? A brutal takedown that left no doubt about who’s getting things done — and who’s just running their mouth.
The consequences of the woke agenda at DOT have been deadly serious. After a tragic collision involving an American Airlines jet and an Army Black Hawk helicopter in February near Reagan National Airport, Democrats shamefully tried blaming the Trump administration.
But Duffy set the record straight in an interview with CNN, exposing how Buttigieg’s department was too busy pushing diversity buzzwords instead of focusing on safety.

“So I do know that in the last administration, they were focused on not safety, but they were focused on changing the name from ‘cockpit’ to ‘flight deck.’ Or ‘notice to airmen,’ they wanted to change it to ‘notice to air mission.’ They focused on EVs and sustainability and racist roads, things that don‘t matter in regards to safety,” Duffy explained. “Our mission since the start has been safety, and they‘ve lost that mission. And we see when you don‘t focus on safety and you focus on social justice or the environment, bad things happen.”
Now, Duffy is leading the charge to restore professionalism and real results at the Transportation Department. After years of incompetence and woke virtue signaling under Biden and Buttigieg, it’s clear: America needs leaders who actually know how to fix the problems — not create new ones.
