Thurston’s decision, issued Tuesday, effectively kneecaps federal agents working under Trump’s Operation Return to Sender — a signature deportation effort targeting illegal aliens embedded in U.S. communities. The judge claimed CBP was violating “well-established constitutional rights” and demanded ongoing reports on every warrantless arrest made in the region.
