SHOCK: Judge Protecting Illegals EXPOSED!

>> Continued From the Previous Page <<

According to Loomer’s investigation, Judge Thurston’s husband, Marc A. Thurston, is a senior VP at ASU Commercial in California, specializing in multifamily real estate. He’s made it no secret that his profits depend on housing illegal immigrants — the very individuals her court order shields from detention.

In a recent X post, Loomer revealed, “Marc A. Thurston, Judge Thurston’s husband and Senior Vice President at ASU Commercial, specializes in Bakersfield’s multifamily real estate market.” She went on to note that “over 15,000 ‘undocumented workers’ … work in the Central Valley of California,” and many reside in the very rental properties connected to Marc Thurston’s business.

Worse still, Marc himself has made Instagram videos opposing President Trump’s immigration crackdown, warning that deportations would hurt the local rental market — and his bottom line.

“Marc Thurston stated on his Instagram account in multiple videos he filmed this year since President Trump’s inauguration, that deportations of ‘undocumented immigrants’ would harm the local rental market in Bakersfield, directly affecting his business,” Loomer reported.

That’s not just a political disagreement — it’s a textbook financial conflict, and it should’ve triggered an immediate recusal under federal law.

According to 28 U.S.C. § 455(a), a judge must step away from any case where “a reasonable person, knowing all facts, might question the judge’s impartiality.” Further, 28 U.S.C. § 455(b)(4) states that a judge must recuse if their spouse has a “financial interest that could be substantially affected by the case’s outcome.”

Thurston checked both boxes. Yet, she presided anyway — and issued a ruling that benefits her husband’s real estate empire while gutting Trump’s immigration enforcement.

Adding fuel to the fire, Thurston made headlines in the courtroom the day before her ruling when she flung the race card at Trump attorneys, stating: “You just can’t walk up to people with brown skin and say, ‘Give me your papers.’”

To say the ruling was biased would be an understatement.

Loomer, no stranger to explosive exposés, isn’t the only one taking notice. Donald Trump Jr. blasted the situation, stating the conflict was “disgusting” and a “slap in the face to every American who wants border security.”

The optics are ugly, but the legal implications are worse. A judge whose husband profits from illegal immigration just blocked immigration enforcement in his business region — all while violating recusal statutes meant to prevent exactly this kind of backdoor corruption.

What’s more, Judge Thurston’s ruling doesn’t apply statewide. It’s limited to California’s Eastern District — conveniently aligning with her husband’s rental turf in the Central Valley. Coincidence? Don’t bet on it.

It’s time for serious accountability. Americans deserve judges who uphold the Constitution, not ones who twist it to protect their family’s financial interests. With this latest revelation, Thurston’s credibility is in shambles — and the ruling should be thrown out entirely.

Laura Loomer’s findings may be just the beginning. If Congress or the DOJ has any interest in preserving judicial integrity, they should be knocking on Judge Thurston’s door right now.

The border crisis is bad enough — the last thing America needs is corrupt judges making it worse.
