It didn’t take long for this deadly gang to spread like wildfire. In just a few short years, Tren de Aragua has established itself in more than 20 states, fueling an explosion in human smuggling, drug trafficking, prostitution rings, violent robberies, and brutal murders.
In response, President Donald Trump took decisive action — officially branding Tren de Aragua a foreign terrorist organization and triggering the Alien Enemies Act to fast-track their deportations.
Biden’s Allies in the Courts Are Blocking Deportations
The Alien Enemies Act, first passed in 1798, grants the government the authority to immediately remove illegal aliens who pose a threat to national security — without the need for drawn-out immigration hearings.
But there’s a problem. Leftist judges have rushed to shield these violent criminals, arguing that the Alien Enemies Act only applies during wartime, despite the obvious threat to American lives right now.
A senior FBI source told Fox News that the Venezuelan government under dictator Nicolas Maduro is directly involved: Venezuelan officials “likely facilitate” Tren de Aragua members coming into the U.S.
It’s no accident. Maduro deliberately emptied Venezuela’s prisons and mental institutions, unleashing a wave of criminals and unstable individuals, and instructed them to “never return.”
Maduro’s Proxy War Against America
Tren de Aragua isn’t just a gang — it’s a weapon. U.S. intelligence officials believe the gang is acting as a proxy force for Venezuela’s socialist regime, not only causing chaos in the U.S., but also destabilizing neighboring nations like Colombia, Peru, Chile, and Ecuador.
Millions have fled Venezuela’s broken economy, a collapse caused by decades of brutal socialist rule beginning under Hugo Chavez and continuing under Maduro.
Maduro’s new strategy? Send his worst criminals to U.S. cities to create havoc — and to intimidate Venezuelan dissidents who found refuge in America.
“These findings should shock Americans but not the law enforcement community,” a Trump administration official told reporters. “They reflect the sentiments of numerous other intelligence assessments across multiple agencies.”
Another official didn’t hold back, laying blame squarely on socialism’s destruction: “Nicholas Maduro is a Marxist dictator who hijacked a once-prosperous Venezuela and brought in nothing but total economic collapse and gang takeover. He crumbled Caracas, now overrun with drugs and violence, and wants to do the same across the United States by sending his most violent and dangerous criminals into our communities.”
Trump’s Fight to Keep Americans Safe
Despite federal courts blocking parts of the Trump administration’s plan to expel Tren de Aragua members under the Alien Enemies Act, the former president’s team vows to press forward.

“The Trump administration will continue to use every authority in our power to make sure these TdA terrorists, who are some of the worst in the world, are kept out of our country,” the official declared. “The American people voted overwhelmingly to make America safe again, and that is exactly what we will do.”
Across the country, federal and local law enforcement are ramping up efforts to dismantle Tren de Aragua’s growing network.
But officials warn that this is no ordinary gang. Tren de Aragua operates with military-like sophistication, strategic coordination, and foreign backing — making it a true terrorist threat fueled by the Biden border catastrophe.
As Kash Patel’s bombshell revelation sends shockwaves through Washington, the question now becomes: How much longer can America survive an open-borders agenda that leaves our communities vulnerable to foreign-backed criminal armies?
