What happened next is straight out of a political horror show.
According to the data, 905 of these individuals tapped into the Medicaid system — and four of them were officially listed on the terror watch list. In total, U.S. taxpayers footed the bill for $276,000 in Medicaid benefits alone.
But it didn’t stop there.
DOGE revealed that 41 individuals received Unemployment Insurance, 22 secured federal student loans, and 409 reaped tax refunds that added up to a staggering $751,000 in just 2024. SNAP benefits were also handed out to several in this cohort.
All of this happened while these individuals, many of whom had no business being in the U.S., quietly integrated into everyday life — blending into communities, receiving welfare, and, perhaps most alarmingly, gaining the ability to vote.
DOGE official Antonio Gracias issued a dire warning during a press briefing earlier this week.
“We looked at voter rolls and we found that thousands are registered to vote in friendly states. And we looked even further in those friendly states and found that many of those people had actually voted,” Gracias said. “It was shocking to us. If I hadn’t seen this with my own eyes, I wouldn’t believe it … it is shockingly bad.”
Gracias stopped short of naming states outright, but “friendly states” is widely believed to refer to Democrat strongholds with lax voter ID laws and permissive attitudes toward sanctuary policies.
Meanwhile, the Biden Administration’s approach to border security has seen an explosion in encounters with individuals flagged by national security databases. Over 400 individuals listed on the terror watchlist were stopped trying to enter illegally between official ports of entry — a staggering increase from just 11 during President Trump’s time in office from 2017 to 2020.
The Trump Administration has since dismantled what critics called the disastrous “catch and release” protocol that allowed illegal migrants to enter the country, apply for asylum, and vanish into the system — often never appearing for their court dates.

Despite international law requiring asylum seekers to apply at the first safe country they reach, the Biden White House allowed individuals from as far away as China to pass through multiple countries before filing claims at the U.S. border.
Once inside, migrants were reportedly handed court dates and then placed on buses or planes bound for cities of their choice — all funded by the American taxpayer. Immigration experts have long warned that many never show up for those court hearings and simply disappear into the interior.
DOGE’s revelations are just the latest indictment of an immigration system gone rogue under Biden’s watch. With terrorism-linked individuals collecting benefits, registering to vote, and accessing federal programs, the report reads like a blueprint for national security collapse.
The consequences of these policies aren’t hypothetical — they’re already here. And Americans are footing the bill.
