ICE Agent Brian Sullivan attempted to carry out his lawful duty when he arrested Wilson Martell-Lebron, an illegal alien from the Dominican Republic, outside a Boston courthouse. Martell-Lebron had just finished a hearing over fraudulently applying for a driver’s license when he was taken into custody.
But instead of applauding the enforcement of immigration law, Judge Mark Summerville—a Democrat—held the ICE agent in contempt of court, bizarrely claiming the arrest somehow violated the illegal alien’s due process rights.
